Certificate of Deposit
If you are looking for a way to earn a higher rate of interest on your savings you may want to consider a certificate of deposit. Here are a few reasons why:

  • Open with as little as $500.
  • Choose from various terms that range from 90 days to 60 months.
  • The longer the term, the higher the interest.

*Rate Information: See the rates page of our website for current rates and annual percentage yields. We reserve the right to change the interest rate on your account at any time. Compounding and Crediting Frequency: Interest is compounded daily and credited to your account monthly. Daily Computation Method: This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. Accrual of Interest on Non-Cash Deposits: Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of a check. Effect of Closing an Account: If you close an account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest.

**You may make six (6) transfers from your account each four (4) week or similar period, if by preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephone (including data transmission) agreement, order or instruction or by check, draft, debit card or similar order (including POS transactions) made by the depositor and payable to third parties.  Transfers and withdrawals made in person, by messenger, by mail or at an ATM are unlimited.
